BARBARA ANN POWELL FULMER

FULMER-Barbara Ann Powell Fulmer, age 69 of Beech Island, S. C., wife of the late Price Fulmer and daughter of the late Floyd Powell and the late Louella Haltiwanger Powell entered into eternal rest on January 1, 2011. She is survived by daughters, Donna Smith of Clearwater and Susan Newsome of Bath.; sons, Jimmy Kneece of Aiken and Price Albert Fulmer of Warrenville; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was born in Columbia, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Gloverville. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who just adored her children and grandchildren; and they felt the same way about her. Yes, she was a very special lady; “no other like her”. She will be greatly missed by her friends, family and all whose lives she touched during the 69 years that God granted her on this earth; however, earth’s loss is truly Heaven’s gain. A service celebrating her life will be held at Southside Baptist Church in Gloverville on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Jack Scott officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Graniteville, S.C. Grandsons and a son-in-law will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight, Monday, January 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
