Barney Richard Clark

Clark – Barney Richard Clark, age 75, beloved husband of 54 years to Margaret Chapman Clark, entered into eternal rest on Monday October 30th, 2017 at his home. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons, Rick (Lisa) Clark, Mickey (Elizabeth) Clark; sister Melissa (Warner) Workman; grandchildren, Susan Clark, Kathy Clark, Crystal Brown; and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Daniel and Mary Huffman Clark; brothers, James, Eugene and Tommy Clark; and sister, Jessie Mae Matthews. He worked for thirty years in the textile industry, most of which were spent at Seminole Mill in Clearwater. He was a member of the Highland Pines Baptist Church. Mr. Clark will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends whose lives he touched in the 75 precious years that God granted him on this earth. A graveside service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday November 2nd, 2017 at 3 o’clock pm at the Graniteville Cemetery with the Rev. Wesley Green and Rev. Cecil Goff officiating.
