Chester Levon Riggs

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (John) Smith; and grandson, Brandon (Kayla) Wyatt.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Dovie Ree Riggs; brothers, Gene Riggs, Danny Riggs, Roger Riggs; and sister, Anna Riggs Bruce.
Mr. Riggs worked for Community Services as a Driver, following his years of employment at Graniteville Company. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, camping, working outdoors and NASCAR. Mr. Riggs proudly served is country in the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He will be deeply missed by his family and all whom he loved.
A graveside service with Military Honors accorded will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 1pm at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery with Pastor Brandon Key officiating. The interment to immediately follow.
Pallbearers will be: Brandon Wyatt, Brent Powell, Al Riggs, Stephen Riggs and Brennan Riggs.
