David Leslie "Davey" Nichols, age 59, entered into rest on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at his home in Leesville, SC.
He is survived by his mother, Janice Gray Nichols, and many friends who loved him dearly.
He was recently followed in death by his father, David Noel Nichols.
David loved animals, especially cats. He was a great bowler in his younger years and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He will be missed by his family and those whom he loved.
A funeral service for Davey and his father, Noel, will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 3 P.M. at St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville. The interment will immediately follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the fellowship hall of St. James Lutheran Church.
Pallbearers will be Mark Hutto, Mark Foster, Phil Gray, and Jerry Ott.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
