Ms. Glenda Mills Turner, age 75, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 3, 2024 at Pruitt Health in Aiken.
She is survived by her daughter, Dallas (Clay) Brown; granddaughter, Shelby Rae Brown; brothers, James Gary Mills, Mark (Deborah) Mills; sister, Cynthia Mills (Bub) Merriett; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Ben and Myrtle Grice Mills; and sister, Collette Cook.
She was employed by Graniteville Company for many years. Ms. Turner was a devout member of the Aiken Congregational Holiness Church where she worshiped and sang. Although she is deeply missed by her family and friends, she is in the presence of the Lord.
A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2024 in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home & Crematory at 3pm with Rev. Jeffery Taylor officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Chad Taylor, Camden Taylor, Lawayne Wood, Martin Herron, Jeff Grice and Mike Rogers.
