Johnny Frank Prickett Jr.

Mr. Johnny Frank Prickett Jr., 90, entered into rest on November 19, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Veronica Prickett; parents Frank and Minnie Prickett; brother, David Prickett; and sister Margie Crane.

He is survived by his son, Dwayne J. Prickett, daughter in law, Jane and their daughter Cindy, also his brother Tommy, and sisters Francis, Mary and Patsy.

Born in Augusta, a US Navy Korea War Veteran assigned to a destroyer overseas. While on that destroyer in Brisbane, Australia he met his wife of over 55 years Veronica "Ronee" Quince, who passed away in 2015. They lived in Long Beach, CA where he worked for the US Navy until 1989 when they returned to make the greater Augusta area home. Johnny was an avid motorcyclist, animal lover, and gardener for his entire life, a love he shared with friends and family.
