Linda Walker Hallman

July 15, 1960 — December 26, 2023

Aiken, SC

Linda "Lynn" Walker Hallman, age 63, passed peacefully alongside family on Tuesday December 26, 2023.

She is survived by her loving sons, Glen (Jessica) Hallman and Bradley Hallman, and her beautiful baby grandson, Jaxson Walker Hallman. She is also survived by her adored mother Carrie Lois Bartley Walker, her best friend and sister, Patricia Walker Medlock and three nephews; Christopher Medlock, Brian Medlock, and Stephen Medlock. She leaves behind five great nieces and nephews and so many cherished friends.

Lynn was preceded in death by her father, George Everett Walker and her sister, Margaret Elaine Walker.

Ms. Hallman was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was born at the Aiken County Hospital on July 15, 1960. Lynn was a 1978 graduate of Leavelle McCampbell High School in Graniteville.

Lynn worked for the Aiken County Government as a Procurement Specialist and had recently retired after 27 years of dedication.

Lynn loved her South Carolina Gamecocks and going on beach and lake trips. She had a special fondness for taking care of her sweet dogs and a few feral cats which she cared for each day. However, what Lynn loved most in her life were the people she shared it with -  her family.

Lynn was a strong and nurturing woman who led a life of giving of herself to others. Even through her illness, she was still able to continue to visit with her mother, make time for her children, and love on her sweet grandchild. Lynn always enjoyed a good laugh, and anyone who knew Lynn will always remember what it was like to hear that big, boisterous laughter. You couldn’t help but laugh along with Lynn.

Lynn was and will always be endearingly remembered as a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

A memorial service for Lynn is set for a later date.

Napier Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with these arrangements. You may visit the online guestbook at www.napierfh.com
