Lonnie Wilson "Doll" Beck

Mr. Lonnie Wilson “Doll” Beck, age 90, loving husband to the late Mary Nell Powers Beck, entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 19th, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Beck is survived by his son, Terry W. (Vickie) Beck; daughters, Ann Marie (John) Adams, Dr. Nancy (Ricky) Napier; sisters, Jewel Clark, Joyce (W.H.) Kirkland, Carolyn Hallman; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Arthur, Sr. and Lucy Cleo Whittle Beck; brothers, Robert A. Beck, Jr. and Hartwell J. “Bubba” Beck; and sister, Gloria Fogle. He was a long-time member of the Warrenville First Baptist Church and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he impacted in the 90 precious years that God granted him on this earth. A funeral service celebrating his life will be conducted on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 at 2 o’clock pm in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clint Jackson officiating and several of Mr. Beck’s friends sharing memories. The interment will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Graniteville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday Evening, January 23rd, 2018 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Grandsons will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers include: James Hurt, Gerald and James Britt, Furman Redd, Bobby Hydrick, Edward Davis and J.B. Redd. Memorials may be made Warrenville First Baptist Church in memory of Mr. Beck.
