Nancy Grice McGee Baughman

BAUGHMAN-Nancy Grice McGee Baughman, age 96, of Aiken, S.C., daughter of the late Eugene Grice and the late Marie Alewine Grice, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She is survived by a sister, Myrtle Mills of Graniteville, S.C.; brothers, Joseph Grice of Aiken and Tom Grice of Columbia, S.C.; three grandchildren; two of which were by her side during her last moments, Kim H. Wilson of Aiken. S.C. and Melanie Blosser of Lexington, S.C. and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald McGee. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a loving grandmother, sister and friend. The family stated that she loved animals, especially dogs. She also loved to dance and really enjoyed listening to country music. She was a special lady, who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 96 years that granted her on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her family and loved ones. A service, celebrating her life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 4:00 PM with her brother, Tom Grice officiating. The interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Memorials, in her honor, may be made to Aiken SPCA, 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, S.C. 29801.
