Nancy Bryant Lott

March 21, 1937 — July 28, 2022

Mrs. Nancy Bryant Lott, age 85, beloved wife of the Late Olin E. Lott, Sr., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday July 28, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her son, Olin E. Lott, Jr. (Tina); daughter, Myra Parrish (Russ); son-in-law, Steve Woodward; seven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, Osborne and Iva Davis Bryant; daughter, Caroline Woodward; great granddaughter, Nora Mary Parrish; and brother, Thomas S. Bryant and Wyman Vedric Bryant.

Mrs. Lott was a member of 50 years at Bethel Baptist Church in Aiken, SC and loved her Sunday School Class (Faith Sunday School Class), where she shared the love of God. She is truly a God-fearing woman who lived for Jesus daily. She devoted her time raising 3 children with love, patience, discipline and humility. She was blessed with a large loving family and she considered her grandchildren her biggest blessing.

She was an avid seamstress, enjoyed reading, spending time with her family and attending church. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

A funeral service honoring her life and legacy will be held on Sunday July 31, 2022 at 3pm at Bethel Baptist Church in Aiken with Rev. Brancie Stephens officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the time of the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Rabun, David Lott, John Wood, Karl Gorrell, Lee Benson and Lynn Salley. Honorary pallbearers will be: The Faith Sunday School Class of Bethel Baptist Church and Emily Eubanks.
