Nellie Posey Medlock

Nellie Posey Medlock, age 85, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 4th, 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Weeks (Steve) of Graniteville; grandchildren, Jessica Weeks Gunter and William Ross Weeks; and great grandson Charles Hayden Gunter. She is preceded in death by her son; Dean Andrew Medlock; brother, Frank Posey; and sisters, Mary Grice, Zora Lee Freeman and Helen Wilson. She worked many jobs over the years which included; Graniteville Company, Wyatt Development and she worked as a bailiff for the Aiken County Court System. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched in the 85 precious years that God granted her on this earth. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at the St. John United Methodist Church in Graniteville on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 at 12 noon with the Rev. Alan Quarles and Rev. Gene Wilson officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
