Mr. Ronald E. Collum, 79, entered into rest on Wednesday December 4, 2024 surrounded by his family.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Janis L. Collum; parents, Lever and Eula Collum; and brother, Robert L. Collum.
He is survived by his children, Ronald Todd (Teresa) Collum, Tiffiany (John) Seigler; sister-in-law, Emma Collum; 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Mr. Collum worked as an E & I Technician before his retirement. He was a member of Bath First Baptist Church for 22 years where he served as an usher, Sunday School teacher, and Deacon. He was deeply devoted to his family, his church, and his Lord and Savior Jesus, all of whom he loved dearly. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandsons, taking a good nap, and reading his Bible. He was very humble man who loved to spread the Word of God. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend.
A Funeral Service, celebrating his life, will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday December 8, 2024 at Bath First Baptist Church with Pastor Herb Sons, Pastor Tommy Adair, and Kyler Seigler to officiate. The burial will follow immediately at The Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. December 7, 2024 at Napier Funeral Home & Crematory.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons Justin Hadden, Nathan Seigler, Chris Collum, Kyler Seigler, Jeremy Collum, and Brayden Collum.
The family would like to send their deepest gratitude to Brea, Jennifer, Laura, Nigel, Wiley, the rest of the staff at Silver Bluff Grove Senior Living, and Enhabit Home Health and Hospice for the love and care they gave to Mr. Collum.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations in Mr. Collum's memory be made to Ram International, 67 Barton Rd, Trenton S.C. 29847.
