Ronnie A Wood, Sr.

Ronnie A. Wood, Sr., age 77, beloved husband to Linda Sheppherd Wood, entered into eternal rest on Saturday November 11th, 2017 at his residence. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons, Ronnie A. Wood, Jr., Jimmy S. Wood, M. Perry (Ivy) Sullivan; daughters, Rhonda W. (James) Wheeler, Deborah Lynn Sullivan; brother, Jimmy S. Wood; sister, Betty Wood Houston; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Mildred Sue Delay Wood and brother, Kenneth Wayne Wood. Mr. Wood was a retired sheet metal mechanic for Owens Corning and he proudly served his country in the United States National Guard. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends whose lives he touched during the 77 precious years that God granted him on this earth. A graveside service celebrating his life will be conducted on Wednesday November 15th, 2017 at 2 o’clock pm at the Warrenville Cemetery with Rev. Edward Hardee officiating.
