Mr. William Otis Tucker, age 77, of Bath, S.C., loving husband for 60 years to Nelma “Tina” Boyd Tucker and son of the late Ernest Evans Tucker, Sr. and the late Rosalee Bell Tucker, entered into eternal rest at his residence in Bath, S. C. on Tuesday, March 2, 202l. In addition to this wife, he is survived by a daughter, Susan Loraine Tucker; a son, William Earl (Tonya) Tucker; sisters, Patsy Templeton and Mary Brazell; Brothers, Ernest (Phyllis) Evans Tucker, Jr., Roy Tucker and Steven Tucker; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Carlos) Sequeira, Billy (Candace) Tucker, Krista (Matt) Jimenez, Korey (Taylor) Holley and Willow Tucker; eleven great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. He was in born in Charleston, S. C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S. C. He was an electrician having worked for Byrd Electric and Plumbing and also Barbee Electric in North Augusta, S. C. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved his family and grandchildren with all his heart, and, they loved him just as much. He shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 77 years that God granted him on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A service, celebrating his life and homegoing, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Brad Royall officiating. The interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on hour prior to the service with social distancing practiced and face mask required due to Covid-19 Pandemic.
